#30 - if you factor in inflation those prices are equal to what we're paying today. Just add a zero to all those prices will get you in the ball park. Best thing to do is get on the internet and go to an inflation calculator to see today's prices. Example. That house would be around $70,000 and there are some places in the US where you can buy one for that amount.
