When an overweight person who wants to lose weight, it is, of course good, especially for the health. But when it goes to extreme, it can reveal another dangers. Like in the case of Melissa Jones, the fattest teenager of Britain, who after a considerable weight loss started to struggle the anorexia.

Meet Melissa Jones. She was the fattest teenager in Britain who was told by her doctors that she would die if she didn’t lose weight. So, Ms. Jones elected to have bypass surgery. She went from 476 pounds to 112 pounds in four years. Now she has developed a fear of eating and is now facing death because she is anorexic.

No she didn't. It's normal for obese people to have saggy skin when they lose weight. The skin doesn't completely shrink back after being stretched to the extreme. That's why a lot of women have saggy skin after they have a child.

Are you kidding me? its not a diet, its anorexia a mental disorder where the person stop eating. the saggy skin is due to extreme weight lost where the skin doesn't have time to grow to the smaller body.

How can anyone be so cruel as to make fun this person, internet or not? Is what humanity means, what if she was your sister or mother or daughter? Anorexia is a disease, it can happen to anyone. My god, how can you call her a bitch? What is wrong with you? Only a psychopath with absolutely no emotion can call this poor young lady that word. I truly hope she gets better.

The extra skin is from losing weight to rapidly from like gastric bypass surgery. It's best to lose it a little more slowly from diet and exercise so it has time to snap back in to place. Why go through another surgery if you can avoid it by losing it slower in the first place.

When an stranger wishes harm on another human that they have never even met it is truly a sign of immaturity. It also shows that the person is unhappy with their own life. In a nameless society, as we have online, it's easy to type such careless remarks, but it only comes to show how much growing up they have to do.

if she lost the weight naturally, rather than bypass surgery, she wouldnt have gotten the saggy skin. it will eventually snap back in place really but that would take years

The surgery is done on people who have tried to do it naturally but were unsuccessful doing it naturally with diet and exercise. The sagging skin is from losing weight at a rapid rate. After surgery it causes you to be malabsorbed which means your body no longer gets nutrients like a normal person so you have to take nutrition supplements for the rest of your life and you lose your appetite because your stomach is the size of an egg . you eat like a baby. This lack of appetite makes it easy to become anorexic.

I don't think that's anorexia. Her stomach is messed up after the surgery and she has abdominal cramps after eating causing her to develop a fear of eating.
