27 year old Laura Bourne was a happy mother of two who just wanted to spend a nice day at an amusement park with her children.

 


However, this did not go as planned when one of the ride’s safety harnesses would not close over her enormous waistline. Humiliated, Laura was forced to get off the ride and was so ashamed, she went to visit her GP the very next day to help her to lose weight. Laura has since lost 13 stone (82.5 kg) and is less than half her original weight (25 stone (159 kg))!
