A garda, or police officer, in Dublin, Ireland was checking too see if this horse was electronically tagged when the horse tried to mount him due to his excited state. Luckily, a few buddies rescued the garda before the horse could do any damage. In the future this man will definitely be on guard when approaching a seemingly harmless horse.

There's no such a thing as harmless horse. They are easily scared, unpredictable and strong as hell. Bad combination. Of course, this is just my personal opinion. I can understand dogs and cats easily, but horses are mystery. Except this horse. I can clearly see what's on his mind...
